Water Spinach Adobo



Amount Metric Ingredient
4 tbsp
Oyster sauce
3 cups 150 g Kangkong (water spinach), stalks and leaves separated
1 tbsp Oil

1. Heat cooking oil and then sauté kangkong stalks.
2. Add Mama Sita’s Garlic Oyster Sauce.
3. When the stalks are cooked, add kangkong leaves and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and serve over hot rice.


Our version of vegetarian adobo using water spinach cooked in Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce.
Tip: Cut kangkong two inches from the bottom leaf.
