  180 g Sotanghon noodles, soaked in water until hydrated and then drained

  120 g carrots, thinly sliced
  100 g green beans , thinly sliced
  120 g cabbage, thinly sliced
1 pl   spring onions, chopped (for garnish)
5 g   toasted garlic (for garnish)
    fish sauce to taste

1. Heat wok, place Mama Sita’s Pansit Guisado Stir-fry Base. Add chicken and shrimps, stir-fry until shrimps turn pink.
2. Add carrots and beans, stir, then add water and fish sauce to taste.
3. Add sotanghon noodles and cabbage. Stir gently. Cover and simmer until vegetables are tender and the noodles have absorbed the sauce.
4. Remove from heat and garnish with spring onions and toasted garlic. Serve with sliced calamansi.
